Zephyr, upon awaking, went to meet the Monarche. “Shall I try to recruit some pupa?” She asked. “How many do you want sent on the mission? Surely Monarche Vixen doesn’t need too many.”

Tide woke up, muttering; “What- huh?” She said groggily. With bleary eyes she watched a dark shape exit the room. With heavy limbs, she flopped out of the bed and stumbled to the one next to her. She tapped Whisp, who was curled up on a ball, sleeping peacefully. “Whisp?” She said quietly. “I- I feel,” She hesitated, her body feeling heavier with each breath. “Wrong. Did Starshone come in to here?” She was having a difficult time concentrating on staying awake.

Onyx was on her way back to the Tallcanyon House. With a flap of her wings, she landed at the main door. “I have returned to Monarche Vixen’s request.” She told the guards, one of which was eyeing he suspiciously. “Very well,” he said. “I’ll take you to her council room to wait.” The guard escorted her up flights of stairs until they reached the council room. There were maps and lists of names scattered everywhere. Tanks of water sat in one of the corners, and a box of odd-looking pills was on Vixen’s desk. Those must be the pills that let the pupa breathe underwater! Onyx thought. Without moving her head, she glanced around the room. It wouldn’t be safe to do anything now, there were three guards stationed in the room- two at the door and one at the balcony.

Storm: three or four. I have set a condition for our pupae that they must have at least some training in self defense. *she didn't know why Vixen hadn't thought of that herself. But she wasn't about to allow completely untrained pupas to go on a mission that could be dangerous.*

Axel hadn't slept for days. He had searched inside of his house about 8 times and looked around outside at least 15 times. He just needed to find his daughter. He would do anything to protect her and now he didn't even know where she was. He crawled back inside slowly and started to break down. He cried and cried all while mumbling bad things about himself.

He let himself cry for about 15 minutes but then thought up a possibly great idea. He wiped off the tears from his face and then walked outside. He was going to try to go to the Monarche and ask him to send out a search team for his daughter. She was the only thing that he had left so he might as well try.

He started to roll to the Great Cave, getting farther and farther away from his home by the minute.
