Cursed Waters- A Dragon RP

Apollyon pulled out his dagger and walked over to the dark water.
"May the leaders of Draconat bear witness to what I do this day." He said solemnly.

The huge dragon slashed his wrist and the blood started to pour. As the drops fell into the blackened billows, the water started to clear. Drop after drop of his own blood, the waters were purified. The extent of the cleansing spread farther and farther until the whole beach was nearly clear. He nodded to Flint and the others to bring the barrels along. Barrel after barrel they poured into the water, cleansing and healing it. By the time all twenty-four barrels were empty crystal-clean, beautiful, pure, shining water stretched as far as the eye could see. It was an amazing spectacle.
Current watched the waters grow clearer all along the shoreline. “But it can’t cure dragons.” She rasped. “All the dragons in the water still have the virus in their blood. It would take months for it to clear out of their systems, just as it took months for the virus to take hold of their actions.” She struggled against the roots in the sand, dirty clumps of wet sand sticking to her scales.

Basalt ignored Apollyon. “No,” he told Ace. “She could hurt you, she’s not in her right mind. If you had stayed in the water- this could happen to you.”

Current said nothing and watched the water clear up. “Why does your blood do this?” She said hoarsely. “What is your point here? Goal?”

Basalt watched the ocean clear up. “And your not dying from this much blood loss? How do you plan on clearing up all the oceans and lakes and rivers in the entirety of Draconat?”

Tide watched the water clear- shocked. That was it? The Apollyon dragon could fix it all? Her attention was drawn to a dragon standing next to Apollyon. Something was oddly familiar about him.. She racked her mind. As Flint glanced around at the shocked faces of the dragons around him- it clicked. But who could she tell? Tide remembered seeing Monarche Vixen in the forest when she was just a wyrm, she had saved an Enfernae wyrm in the hotsprings. She was probably her best bet.
(I'm telling you guys, all those barrels weren't filled with blood, just a cure Apollyon had invented.)

"It has taken hold of your actions as well, but this-" He pointed to the pitcher still on the ground, "This can help you. Drink." He took a sip himself. "Not poison." He remarked as he handed it to Current.

But the Aquation Monarche was thrashing in the sand again, not hearing anyone as she struggled to rip the roots out of the ground.

Apollyon sighed. He'd have to knock her out to treat her, and he really, really didn't want to do that.
Basalt tightened the roots in the ground. “Current!” He roared in he face, and the blue dragon froze, gills flaring. “Get ahold of yourself! Can’t you see the water? Don’t you know you can live in your home now? I don’t trust this dragon any more than you do,” he said, his tone softening slightly. “but it’s not poison, so you should at least try it. He snatched the pitcher from Apollyon and held it to Current’s mouth.

Current listened to Basalt. She did remember him, she used to be close with the Solosis Monarche. So she drank the liquid.
A shudder ran down her whole body, her claws opened and closed as she clawed at the sand. She grabbed her head, shaking it. Finally after a minute or so (of which Basalt was extremely worried and nervous that Apollyon had done something horrible to her) she went limp. The lack of water from her attack on Storm, and the struggle against the roots had worn her out, and she lay facedown in the sand, unconscious.

Basalt whirled on Apollyon. “What’s wrong with her? What did you do?”
