The scout troop patroled Crater town quietly, watching themselves to ensure they weren't pursued by clones.
 
(Here's the emblem of the royal Tallcanyon house army, i'ts supposed to be engraved in copper, but I didn't have time to add shinies)

Moss stretched his wings and yawned. He'd been feeling a lot better as of late, thanks to Marrow and Afina's kind watch and care. He walked outside into the dark, almost pitch-blackness that always came just an hour before dawn. He breathed in the cool dampness. It felt good to be alive.

I don’t believe they do. I’m pretty sure they have armor- but so would the clones. The clones all are black though too. Kallitrax can be the first to notice a soldier. ;)

Kallitrax peered around the corner of a large building made of terracotta and clay. A large six-legged blood red dragon came into view, whisps of smoke rose from his nostrils as he glared at the clones whose backs were turned. Kallitrax could see the Royal tallcanyon emblem on his armor piece he wore. “ stay here and out of sight.” He ordered the Solosis soldiers he’d brought quietly. He crept slowly out from behind the building and close enough to be heard by the Enfernae soldier. “ You there, where do you loyalties lie?” He questioned, trying his best to sound like one of apollyons soldiers. “ what’s it to you, earth dragon? You’re not even of this tribe, I believe Monarche Vixen should be our leader.” He said, his voice poisonous. Kallitrax grinned slightly, “ I am of the royal guard of Solosis, Monarche Basalt has ordered me to gather as many true Enfernae as possible.” He said in a hushed voice and a look of surprise spread over the dragons face. “ We fight to reclaim our freedom and put things back in order. If you will help us, I can promise you we will do everything we can to get Monarche Vixen back to her throne and rid the land of the vile snake that calls himself Monarche.” He finished, determined and pleased with the look on the red dragons face. After several moments of thought, the red dragon looked up again, a grin on his maw. “ right then, spread the word and gather your kind. Do so with as little attention drawn to yourselves as possible.” Kallitrax said. The blood red dragon unfurled his six wings and headed for a different section of the canyon, presumably the soldiers quarters. “ the names Vren by the way.” He called back.
Kallitrax smiled to himself and went to find Basalt.

*azira had taken her clone soldiers and carried out her orders, making sure they were well within sight of the aerattle.*

*storm had just received The solosis message, and reports about azira's and her unit's movements. She lashed her tail with some irritation. She didn't want her army to leave the city unprotected, so she gathered up a small force and instructed them sneak down and silently check the area around the mountain, and also to see if this was a trap or not. She believed appollyon to be a smart intelligent dragon, so it was suspicious to her that he would send out such a small group. She also ordered her main army to stay on stand by for the same reason.

*ace stayed quiet as all this happened.*
