(I was thinking of the wrong dragon hang on… the *other* brown funny-lookin‘ one.
I’m excited for the second part ‘cus I’ve got two new characters that I have been painstakingly designing to introduce..)

Apollyon, seeing what was about to happen, shouted "NO!! YOU IMBECILES, THAT POWER BELONGS TO ME, AND ME ALONE!!!" As he tried a last desperate effort to use his powers to remove the stone from the monarches' talons. Strain as he might, it was impossible.

So he stepped back, to all appearances accepting his fate and preparing to meet his end.

But if one had looked closely, it would've been observed that, with a twitch of his left talon, the great red dragon had directed his power elsewhere.

Towards the cave where the Aerattl citizens were taking refuge.

(How does he know their there? He shouldn't have been able to view them through the crystals due to the power of the stones there? XD, SPY?! )

*azira shook her front paws as the energy from the solosis ball had cause them bad burns.*

*starlight had been busy the whole time treating the injured from the battle.*

*mao had joined the fight a while ago but now watched from the ground. His wing had been torn so he had lost the ability to fly for the moment. He wasn't to sure if this particularly large rip could be fixed either.*

*blaze had pulled his tribe out as the battle slowed to concerned their strength, but waited on standby for if the fighting picked up again.*
