Curveing neck on baby chick - HELP! Please

A newley hatched chick has a neck that curves upwards slightly - well quiet a lot really - does anyone know if there is anything i can do to straighten it - as it makes him fall over backwards - and i know i should probably dispatch him - but would rather have a go at sorting the problem first - but need ideas!
