Custom built coop - what add-ons do I need?

I'm buying an 8 x 8 amish built coop. It comes standard with 1 human door, 1 chicken door, 1 window, 1 roosting bar and 4 nesting boxes. i figured i should add an extra window for ventilation and an extra roosting bar? I intend to have 10 or less chickens and I live in ohio. should I add anything to it?

It sounds like a good coop. An extra window and roost is a good idea.

i will have a run and also do supervised free range

Definitely the extra roosting bar. If the windows are at roost level, make sure that it has ventilation that isn't the windows!! The windows will need to be closed on super rainy days, super windy days, etc, and in the winter when it gets cold. All the windows in the world don't matter if they can't be open.

How big are the windows the builder uses? Is there any other ventilation provided?

Right now it sounds potentially underventilated.

Amish build tough stuff, but they don't necessarily design the best coops.
