Yeah I’m not sure how that works! Like they can carry it but show not symptoms? I just treat all of mine as if they do and wash my hands after handing them. Oh man that sounds awful, stomach bugs are not fun!! My ex wouldn’t wash his hands after handing my chicks and he got sick the next day. Hmmmmmmm!!!!! I wonder why! but I mean some people kiss their chickens and don’t get sick at all… I’m not sure how all that works haha! Luck maybe?

That's not gross. I save feathers for crafts and make art out dog and cat hair. People tell me it's gross then I remind them they're wearing woo and I've had to wash/rip the shite and rotting afterbirth out of a ewe's backside because my employer didn't have the sense to shear them prior to lambing
