so sorry. I've kinda got off my usual stay up all night, sleep all day. I couldn't stay in bed this morning no matter how much I tried. After dinner I fell asleep - then up just in time to take another round of BYC. I think I've been thinking about the forth coming time change - ack I hate those.

My father had sleep issues and he would go to bed at a normal time and wake up at 1 in the morning and couldn’t go back to sleep. I hope that you feel better!!!

I got the intro and history done. Just need to actually write the research part. Really easy, I actually care about the topic. I just get bored sitting at a computer forever.
