Cyst below hens vent??

Can anyone tell me what this looks like? My blue Wyandotte is 10 months old and I just noticed this below her vent! Is it a cyst? Ingrown feather? Should I do anything to treat it?

I just put some pressure on it, it's definitely more on the hard side, it feels almost like a little pebble

I got some warm water and started to clean it- at fist I thought it was first so I rubbed a little harder then noticed the spot was almost like a cap that just pulled off. There's more white mush looking stuff inside but I didn't want to squeeze it.

The mush is probably pus. I would go ahead and squeeze it out.
Chicken pus is hard... nothing like human pus.

Looks like a blocked cyst with pus or sebum inside. I would try to squeeze more out, and clean it with antiseptic.
