OMG. I am so sorry to tell you this now that it is over. But you need to know for future reference. Coccidiosis is not the type of disease that you cull for. Cocci is caused by a protozoa that your chickens' bodies learn to tolerate. You cannot rid yourself of the protozoa; they live in the ground. I am so sorry that you have culled your chickens for cocci. This condition is entirely treatable. It is most of the respiratory diseases that cause chickens to become carriers, not coccidiosis.

I'm so sorry.

OMG--it is ALWAYS around if you are going to free range or allow the birds to touch dirt! It is in worms/bugs etc... you can rid that in your birds and they could have lived happy healthy lives with proper medications for a temporary time:-(

You've jumped the gun and killed your poor birds. How is this the hatcheries fault? Cocci is pretty much everywhere and when you moved the birds it probably just strained their systems enough that they couldn't fight it off.

You cannot kill cocci oocytes with bleach. You must use oxine.

I would suggest you contact a veterinarian next time you have questions about health issues with your flock.

+1

Cocci is not a disease. ALL birds have some level of it and they become immune to it when they grow up. However, stress or wet soil with a variety they are not immune can cause cocci to take over and make them sick. Easily treated and tested for with a cheap fecal float.

Oh, and thing is cocci is short for coccidiosis.
