Hello everyone! I got redirected and will repost here. I'm looking for some white call duck breeders. We went to the Texas Bluebonnet Classic a few weeks ago and saw several really nice birds there, but couldn't find a soul who could point us to a breeder or exhibitor for any of them. Maybe it was bad timing, who knows - it would be nice if exhibitors could leave business cards in front of their cages so people like me would be able to contact them! :) Anyone know of any breeders or even hatcheries that sell call ducks in Texas? Ducklings preferred but will consider eggs or adult mated pairs as well. I'd even considered a straight run batch delivered through the mail but only if the weather cooperates. It gets really hot down this way after April, that's why we considered buying local first. Feel free to PM me if you think you might have something available in the next few months. Thanks for reading!

I ordered mine from efowl.com they are pictured in this thread. They were pretty reasonable for shipping quantities too, going to order 3 whites, 5 pastel, and 2 grey for this spring.

I picked up a pair of snowy call ducks yesterday. The drake's feet were frozen solid when we got him, but now they seem to be ok.

I filled a pool in the garage for them and moved it near a window. The light really brings out their colors.
