first time incubating duck eggs have a call duck that poked hole at 7 thismorning its now 9pm and hole is bigger and he is pipping is that a normal lenth of time?

Definitely, let them take their time to absorb the yolk and rest for the big brake. Could take 12-24 hours to fully hatch. Good luck!
