When I turned my 18 eggs on day 4 this morning, I stuck my flashlight to them, and confirmed life in 15. The other 3 are still possible, they looked orange-ish, just didn't see the spider web yet.

Good luck! Keep us updated. Its interesting how some develop faster than others. It must have to do with uneven temps or somethin.

I can't tell either if he has a tail but his little rump is adorable.

When he hatched i was checking to make sure he had everything and when he was still wet i couldnt find a tail nub for the life of me and idk if its just cause hes so small but i looked at some other call ducklings and they all had an almond shape to them. He seems perfectly fine otherwise but man if he doesnt have a tail that's too funny

Well.... I did rob a few of the eggs from 2 of my girls nests. We were having freezing overnight temps and they weren't sitting on them all night yet anyway.
