Dachshund name suggestions(Name picked! Update pg 5)

I used to know one named Stretch. I love doxies. I always say they are a half a dog high and two dogs long.

My friend had one named Rusty...
I'd try to find a cute german name... (are they german dogs? lol)

Think of your fav literary characters, authors, etc IE ours are...

Mat = Matilda (Roald Dahl character in book titled the same)
Jane = Janeyre Austen (couldn't decide between character/book Jane Eyre and author Jane Austen)
Lily = Actually Sister's BF named her, then dumped her on us, but it suits her...

You can tell a lot about a person by what they read (or watch) and having a dog named that will be a daily reminder of the book (film?) you love.

Of course... you could always put on the smarty pants and call the pup mustard, ketchup, onions, relish, chili.... actually... I kinda like relish... it's a good word... a noun and a verb...

oh magikchick... love, love, love those dapples!!! Especially the long hairs!! They are beautiful

My two girls are Moxie Le Doxie and Sara Bear.

When we're referring to them as a pair, they are Der Weinerschnappers!
