Daily Duck Egg Report

Her ducklings are 3-4wks old now I think and she finished her molt last week. I don't think she is laying tho based upon what I'm collecting. But see, her rear end looks heavy. No droopy like you described tho. Not sure what that would be.

Getting 3 duck eggs a day now, left them in the nest to try and convince someone to sit. Got 3 chicken eggs - 2 of Shiela's hiding in the hedge (Ouch) and 1 of Sheenas.

In my incubator, about 11 duck eggs, waiting til friday to candle, and 2 pigeon eggs. My pigeons have murdered every clutch for the last 5 years. The one squab that hatched, they trampled. So lets see how I go!

I got 3 chicken eggs, white, brown and greenish blue. I also got 3 duck eggs from my newly laying khakis. They all laid them in the pond, do you still eat them? They have laid in the pool and i scramble those and feed back to them. Now their laying in the pond.

I got 3 duck eggs today, one in their house and two in the bamboo bushes. I suspect they are going to all start laying their eventually, I pretty much have to crawl to get them.

Once they get the hang of laying, they will probably start to lay in a cleaner, more hidden spot.

I was getting 3 duck eggs a day, yesterday 2, today 1. The chickens are pretty regular 2 a day.

My eggs in the incubator were all duds. I cracked some Id stored and out of 9 only 4 looked fertilized, so for this week everything I collect goes in to see if we can start growing something.

Pigeon eggs look good and squabs are due saturday

Got a weird one yesterday... The pic does not do it justice, the flat side has "wrinkles" all around the edges, and the round yolk is obvious from the outside. I think it's pure white, so not from my Runner, unless she's not consistently laying blue eggs, which I thought she was. Shell is nice and hard tho.

Otherwise, have gotten 5 eggs the past 2x I've collected (& yes, I skipped a day in between)
