Daily Duck Egg Report

well i went out today and was fix a new pool for the duck and i fixed my nesting boxs up different and put fresh hay in them and my female muscovy cookie went in there and and checked out all the nesting boxs and fixed them all up nice is this normal

0 duck eggs today but my female muscovy cookie is still going in those nesting boxes and fixing them up i cant wait to see her ducklings
 
my ducks has stoped laying and i m hoping they go broody for me cause i have some peking that i m going to be getting and i want them to hatch them any tips on how to get them to lay and go broody
 
@creaturelife Sorry, no tips. What I've observed here is that the broody process is a natural thing for ducks, they themselves know when and where to go broody. I think humans don't have much influence, other than providing the comfortable safe environment that would encourage it. If your duck does decide to go broody, you'll want to check in at @Miss Lydia's Broody Duck Thread. :)
