I'm in the middle of processing 35 remaining Cornishx from Meyers out of 52 that I received...not the best survival rate, but I did wait until Fall to start them, and kept them on grass 100% of the time. I'm at 11 weeks, and am getting mostly 6-7lb carcasses, with a few 5's in there. I'm pretty satisfied with the carcasses, but this was a test run for broilers, and I was right to do so, I've learned tons that I want to do different before I start doing larger numbers in the spring.
