I got lots of adorable d'Anver babes from BBB this spring! They're doing awesome but I'm not sure what color this little girl is. I was thinking Silver quail or white quail, but I don't know the difference between the two.

@Backwoods Bntms JJ! Hey, my friend! Glad to see you posting! I still have the same crew. Miracles do happen-Aimee is still laying, LOL. But, those are getting older now, not sure how long they'll be around. Aimee seems spry and always perky, though.

Hey Cynthia, glad to hear the birds are doing well. I still have a bunch, cut the number of colors, it was getting out of hand for the facilities. Still got some projects going and the watermaals in 5 colors.

Liking the mottled buff, JJ. Did you build any more pens after that last big construction you did that you posted about a few years ago?

Haven't built any yet. I have been remodeling the house, it is slow going doing it my self. Built a roof over one of the decks and before I could get the guttering up we had a couple inches of rain , which ran off the new roof and under the basement door. The basement was carpeted and has been dry for 25 years, so the carpet came out and new flooring went down, while I was at that replaced the drop ceiling with pressed tin, paint and all that. Did all the floors upstairs with bamboo laminate. Remodeled the master bath with a tile shower and claw foot tub. One thing just leads to another.
