d'anver same as d'uccle?

hi, i dont think it is (never heard of d'anvers before) but i posted an add in my area looking for a d'uccle rooser (porcelain or blue) someone e-mailed asking if "d'anver blue rooster" is the same thing? im new to the d'uccles so just want to make sure this isnt just another name for them or something?
