Dark brahmas cockerel?

Is this a cockerel? We got 4 “Pullet” dark brahmas for my mom on Mother’s Day but recently have began to wonder if Krenna here is a boy. They’re about 6-7 weeks old

Yup, I'd say it's a boy.

Honestly looks just like my 6 week old dark Brahma pullet. Pullets tend to have penciled feathers and are gray whereas the Roos tend to feather in black.

I'm leaning pullet. She has a lot of penciling. My boys came in mostly solid black.

I need to update because I have three dark brahmas, now almost 9 weeks old and I was convinced I had all pullets (they were sold as pullets) but one of mine started getting shimmery green feathering and had a different pattern (splotchy white and black) instead of pencilling. Turns out she’s a boy, so don’t listen to me
