I am 12 days into incubating our first set of eggs. 3 of the four of them come up solid when candled, the fourth one remains see through with what appears to be a failed yoke on one side. I assume the three solid ones are hopefully growing chicks? I am candling them in a dark room with a candle light on the incubator. The eggs are from an EE and they are light green.

Thanks.

Are you able to see movement? I wouldn't toss any out until I'm sure they're not viable.

This is from when they first hatched. We gave them to a neighbor of ours. Doing great though.

The see through one did not hatch, did it? I’m terrified of tossing one that is still good. Mama hen is one day 14 and I haven’t removed any of her eggs. I suspect all are dead after she got accidentally locked out of her nest box twice for 4 hours, but I still want to be sure.
