Dark RIR from Whelp Hatchery

Pine Grove, I would not mind getting some hatching eggs off from you....a friend and me would love a few!

I dont know anything about the bloodlines except for Mohawk....I need to get a history book of RIRs for my poultry library!

Actually this is a 6 month old cockerel that got missed in the toe marking process, so I can only guess who the dam is..The sire is Rademacher...He's filling out nice, he has alot of growing to do....and about the Mohawks...theres lots of ghost breeders of mohawks if you know what I mean.....

He is gorgeous, William! I had one cockerel and seven pullets and decided not to keep the rooster at that time, but I really love the girls' calm, sweet nature. And they are not anywhere near as loud as my hatchery RIRs have been. They just mind their own business in the flock and lay their eggs like good girls.

They are very sweet birds..My wife even likes these lol
