My Dr told me Ensure helps in between meals but you have to eat 3 good meals a day To stay at a good weight and Breakfast is very important I go all day without eating and its not good I know Im 35 I should know better
Seiously if you want to gain...peanut butter, I have a friend who is a body builder and goes a month on PB&J and Tuna, and gains quickly without overeating or being unhealthy. You could try it
