Darn thermometers

I have had my new LG running for 2 days in anticipation of our first order of fertile eggs. I have 1 digital thermometer, and three stick type thermometers in the unit.....and none of them agree on the temperature. My highest reading is 101.5F (stick type that came with LG). The digital thermometer/hygrometer is reading right on the money (99.5F) while the other two sticks are 98 and 99 respectively. Should I adjust down so the highest reading is 99.5, or let the eggs run there course and adjust next batch as determined by hatching time?

I would leave your temp where it is at, the closer to the heat source you are the hotter it will be.
