Yes and yes. We own to about halfway out into the river. My brother built a gate in the fence. I take Brew out there sometimes.

Yeah I love it too! Grew up on boats and stuff. We sometimes take the kayaks out there in the summer which is a lot of fun. But I’m out of shape so I can’t go very far I’m gonna work on it for this summer though. I love being out there.

It’s a lot of fun though being able to just drag a kayak down and go whenever I want. Or to take him to run and sniff on the marsh.
