I constantly feel like a burden, a PITA, a “problem child” even though I’m not a child anymore, etc. and have my whole life at least as long as I can remember. It sucks and IDK how to stop it. Well, I sort of do. I am learning tools and skills to help but even those, I’m not sure are working. This trauma PHP has come the closest besides individual therapy and I’ve learned a lot I can put into practice but even so, I’m finding it hard.
