Sure, offer iguana as a distraction to save the chickens.

Iguanas will fall from the trees when the temps dip. When FL has a cold snap where they are wild and plentiful they land on the sidewalks. Tourist probably have something to chat about then.

I walk enough between coops to allow me a stop at Dunkins. The only trouble the closest one is 25 miles away. To far for me to walk.

Predators are a big concern for us. We live in the middle of the woods, where there are all
kinds of things lurking around. So far, tho, nothing has come close, except for squirrels, and I don't think they are a threat. Our pen is inside a fenced in yard, which I hope helps. Now that our little Bantam boys are outdoors, I'm a little more concerned for them.

That's how we are set up at our new place too. Bird pens are inside our fenced yard, and we have two dogs that stay outside but they are kinda lazy. I think it helps having them out here but i am not gonna pretend it's safe. Especially when my step son that lives up the road has seen a bobcat on his place.
We're gonna build a better barn fkr the birds soon but right now we are still trying to finish our house.
We kinda sold out and moved before we were really ready... but it was the best thing to do financially while we had the chance so..
Just praying the bad critters stay away long enough to get things better set up.

Oh gosh! That’s far! The two (yes two lol) from my house are like 2 miles away (they’re across from each other lol) but the one from the Club is only like a block away.

What’s everyone up to? I went bowling with my BF lol that was fun. Then I thought of watching TV or napping but I had too much caffeine to nap lol now I am going to the store.
