:hugsmy sister (best friend) i stayed with over Thanksgiving lost both her mom and dad in late 2020. Dad to a heart attack and mom to cancer.
I lost my grandpa that year too right before her mom.
Holidays make us miss our loved ones.

Thank you and I’m sorry for your losses too :hugs you’re right about the holidays though. And also I think being in this program is bringing some stuff up too because there’s people dealing with similar issues that remind me of my mom. That and regular therapy too. But at the same time it’s good.
