Dawg.
New employee update. The one we were waiting on her giving the 2 week notice decided not to leave that job. Suprise suprise.
The other we put on stand by because of that one was no longer interested. We should of started him immediately.
Found a brother and sister. Hired them both because they only wanted a few hours at a time. No problem. 2 Xs a half shift = 1 shift. Today was their scheduled 6th day. Both have missed 3 days of the 6. Lol, guess we should of seen if there was 4 siblings. 4 Xs a half shift - missing 1/2 the days = full shifts.
4 people to cover 1 persons shift that's today's way apparently.

Dang!! That’s horrible!! Sorry for the luck!

What do they have to do? Muck stalls and feed and water? Or something else? Do they ever turn out/in horses or bathe them?
Turn the minis out. And ya feed, water, muck stalls is the must do.
If you want more time then there's always other things to do.
We have an indoor walker. It's kind of like a merry go round you hook the horses to so they walk in a circle for exercise. That's a fan favorite that all the girls like to work into their day.
It's a chance to come close to playing with the horses and easier for them to clean stalls without a horse in it. Always some kind of cleaning to do but no body wants to do that stuff. Most everything else is either manual or takes thinking. Very few qualified for that. Lol
