Yea it’s annoying lol I mostly don’t like the names in text messages (giant ugly bubble up top) and how the tab bar basically always shows on Safari no matter what LOL

Maybe try contacting the carrier or removing the SIM tray and putting it in once you get that tool. If you still have the box from your phone it should be in there.

I’m gonna go to the Verizon store tomorrow LOL unfortunately the box is long gone.
