Where did you get the green beans? I'd definitely like green beans on my pizza better than olives or mushrooms!
I still have a few rattlesnake beans in the freezer from last summer's garden. I froze 2 one gallon bags, one I blanched before freezing and the other I just rinsed them and froze them. Quality was just as good unblanched as blanched.

They were frozen whole-length, and I snapped them into short pieces onto the pizza.
