Have you ever tried frozen peas? Or snow peas (in thin pod)? Canned peas are mushy (everyone's personal choice) but frozen are firm with texture.

Yeah. Most of the ones I’ve eaten have been from the frozen mixed veggies bags LOL still nasty (to me at least)

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! TBH I don’t really have one because I don’t really make it very often, just love eating it LOL

I did try making it once here at the “new” place (in quotes cause we moved a few years ago now so it’s not really new anymore lol), in my microwave/convection oven/grill combo thing and it took like 4 hours or some such thing to cook and even then I wasn’t sure on them hahahahahaha but to be fair, I think I made them WAY too thick.

But that “oven” also stinks and takes forever to heat up and then always shuts off LOL so that kind of put me off from cooking anything in that oven ever again LOL but I can’t ONLY sauté stuff in a cast iron skillet or boil stuff in a pot forever. I NEED to try again and experiment and figure out how to operate it LOL and if I ever do it again, I’m going to make them MUCH smaller AND I also have a meat thermometer now so that should make it a lot easier LOL

So yeah.

Long story short…

I don’t have one…

I actually can’t remember if I found a recipe for the meatloaf I made or if I made it up on my own LOL I THINK my friend might have helped me maybe? But IDK. That might have been for the chicken dish I did. I know they definitely helped with that one. Not sure about the meatloaf LOL really don’t remember, unfortunately.

But if I ever make it again, I’ll either look one up or ask my dad. He makes a really good meatloaf LOL but I don’t think he uses a specific recipe or measurements or anything, just what seems “right” LOL I could be wrong though. I will ask LOL

Depends!!!!!!! LOL do you like egg and cheese sandwiches on a plain bagel? LOL quite simple but I think yummy. If I had bacon or sausage I would add that. I also usually add either mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to mine but didn’t to these because it doesn’t reheat well lol I figured I’d add it AFTER I reheated them LOL
