I remember some time around 10 years ago me and my friend (we were probably 6 or 7) thought it would be a good idea to go out back when my parents were out doing something to this giant habanero plant my dad had and try them because he told me not to eat any. I probably had 3 or 4 before the heat kicked in and that was a very miserable 30 minutes. The doors to my house were locked and we didn’t want to go to my friend’s house because we thought we would get in trouble. 10/10 do not recommend doing that. And a few years ago another friend didn’t think habaneros could be that much worse than dried cayenne peppers so I went to my house (the fridge this time) and got him one. Suffice to say he found out how wrong he was when he was throwing up down the storm drain with tears going down his face. He proceeded to eat ice cream for around 45 minutes.

Thankfully we weren’t growing ghost or scorpion peppers instead of the habaneros back when I was younger. That would have been a lot lot lot worse. I need to order some of those super hots now that I think about it… our spiciest pepper right now is just some habaneros
OMG wow!

The least painful way is with small chunks and slices and take it before you go out to do garden chores or something. Then slowly increase how much you take at once The mental distraction helps you build up tolerance with slightly less pain

The Stupidity Method™ is to just eat the biggest peppers you have and pray for the suffering to end
Hahahaha true
