That’s sounds pretty good except I don’t like most mustards. Only honey mustard and this one diner had maple mustard for their sweet potato fries.

I think I only have shredded cheddar or shredded mozzarella. Neither sound very good for a cheesesteak LOL for now I had frozen chicken tenders
