I did  sign up before the sign up and put in my email  for coupons before sign up  was complete and the coupon email never arrived, not even in my spam folder  

I had to sign up twice. Must be buggy

You can't re-sign up if it didn't work the first time as the email submission form is now shut down...

When promotions are run as disorganized as this one appears to be, it's not going to gain any customer or product loyalty...

Dunno if this helps..but the email with the coupon was sent by a sender by the name of Hopster..not Purina..
I still can't print mine...
