Day 14, Is this duck egg dead, im seeing no movement

ive tried to incubating 2 eggs recently and im new to it all i didn't know how hard this could be..

Do you have any others in the incubator still?
Where are you getting these eggs from?
How old are the eggs?
What humidity and temp do you have them at?
What type of incubator? What features does it have?

Please don’t give up on hatching duck eggs! It’s a learning experience, and ducks are amazing pets! Hope you have some luck with an egg soon.
