Day 18 is tomorrow!!

No worse than my kids walking in and catching me with my stethoscope in my ears and on the bator- I wanted to see if I could hear any tapping in there.....

mine are due to hatch tomorrow, but its not looking good at all. no pips, no peeps, no movement, and when I tried to candle it didnt look like anyone was in most of them, some are dark but no movement.....my first time incubating in 9 years. I am so bummed. I will so cry if these eggs dont hatch.

Oh what I would give for a stethescope right now!!!!!! That would be nice!!!! It is really hard to hear in these things and the metal screws in the top get HOT!!!!! The side of my face discovered that!!!

Oh, debby, don't give up!!!! I hope thgey hatch for you!!!!! I have my fingers crossed!!!

Seems like every day we get another person or so waiting to hatch tomorrow. This is good!!!! It helps a LOT!!!

My kids tried to hear babies in the eggs too.....they waited about 15 seconds and said "alright mom, sure, the eggs are talking" and walked out looking like I had gone insane. *sigh*

Man oh man... stillllll nothing. This is slightly depressing. I wish I had a fast forward button. I want to know if they're going to hatch or not. The air sacs looked pretty big on Day 18.

Maybe you are just missing it. The movement I have seen has been tiny and they are NOT chirping on command......I just happened to catch it. I want that fast forward button too. I know so much can happen between now and fluffy dry chicks. This is worse than pregnancy.....at least then I could physically feel what was going on!!!!

True that. I just went down to check them again and nothing. Ugh.

We're supposed to be signing paperwork for the new house on Tuesday morning and we're going to New Jersey on Thursday... I want these eggs to hatch before that!

Edited... I don't think there's a Jew Jersey in the states...

Best of luck to you all... we have 5 with a possible 6th today. I hope that the last guy comes out.... I gotta clean my hatcher out tomorrow for another batch to move in on Tuesday PM...

So many new babies hatched and hatching!!!!! I just hope we all have great hatches. Since this is my first ever I really hadn't counted on it even getting this far!!!

I have a stupid question someone may be able to answer for me. When I hear the babies chirping does that mean they have broken into the air cell inside even though they haven't actually pipped the egg or can they chirp before they do?
