Day 18 question

Yesterday was day 18, so last night I removed the turner.
I dont have to go in and turn the eggs manually now right? Just leave them alone right?

That's right. There's little need for turning after the second week if it is inconvenient.
By day 18, the embryos have already moved into hatching position and the extra embryonic membranes that feed the embryos have already been formed a long time ago.
