Well, the first thing I would do is make sure all the vent holes are open....which it sounds like you are doing. If your window is still sweating that's a sure sign that your humidity is high.....mine can be 80% and it doesn't sweat, so I'd say yours is higher, which is too high. At this point in time you want the aircells fairly large. Once the chick breaks through the inner membrane he'll need that air until he pips the shell. Once he internally pips he'll fill up the aircell as he moves around. I know with sick kids you can't get out, but I'd try and get a hydrometer tonight when your hubby gets home. Then you'll have some idea what you need to do.
