Day 21 hatch update:
This is the morning of day 21, on day 19 there was 1 pip, end of day 20 there were 5
Hatched: 1
Zipping: 1
Externally pipped: 4
Internally pipped: 3
Total: 9 out of 19 so far

Now I have 5 hatched, 2 zipping, 1 external pip, and idk how many internal pips

It's ok, you'll do fine! Not all chicks hatch on their due date for many first timers the chicks are late. Just be patient! I promise it will be fine!
