Day 20 eggs at 25.6 degrees c for about 3 hours

I have 8 silkie eggs and I just got home to see that my incubator was at 25.6 degrees c I just put them into a different incubator that had been running for about a week but what do I do will these eggs be dead I presume they have been cold for about 5/6 hours

Give them some time in the new bator, chicks are pretty resilient.
