Day 21 1 hatched no more pips

So we had a powercut in school so I moved the incubator to my house on Day 17. I had to drive them for 20mins in my car and when I plugged the incubator in the temp had fallen a few degrees but I got it back up quick enough. Eggs went into lockdown then. One hatched last night Day 21 and I expected more to pip while I was at work but they haven't. When I checked in all the water at the bottom had dried up. I took my fluffed up hatched chicks out and put more water in. My question is do you think something has happened the others? Or are they just late?

I had 2 more good hatches and 1 that needed assisting and she has wry neck. She is standing now, still very wobbly. 1 egg started the hatch and then didn't make it and the others never pipped.
