day 21 and i have nothing / now day23 and some success

ok i am onmy 22 day at 3 this afternoon,i think i heard some chirping not sure, but i was wondering how to make the glass steam or just bring up humit up it is a lg still air .thanks

Do you have a hygrometer to estimate the humidity? I keep my humidity around 65% for hatching. That is a bit cooler for a still air, so I agree it might take them a bit longer to hatch. Did you candle them to check for development at one point? Don't fuss with it too much! Less is more. Hang in there.

Did you put a damp sponge or washcloth in there and close the vent? If so, then once they start to pip, the humidity will go up as the moisture is released from the eggs. That's when the windows start to fog up a little and you can tell that something is starting. Hang in there - hopefully they'll surprise you! Hearing peeping is a good thing!

great news 2 have hatched and more have cracks i have 30 eggs in this hach so i hope the rest get busy and 60 more in the other bator that is do easter day that are easter eggers and black sex links but i hope to hatch california greys next year.
