Day 21 and no pips

It’s coming from this tan egg with just the tiny piece of shell off. It begins to rock and chirps loudly and constantly. Stops for a few seconds, then starts again.

Help! My daughter was trying to look in the incubator and tripped and bumped it. All of the eggs were fine except, of course, my blue egg that was the further along got turned so now the pip is down on the tray. Will it still be okay? Or now do I have to open the cover to turn it back over so it can get out? I didn’t wanna do something wrong so thought it best to ask here.
If you haven't already, turn that egg so that the pip hole is upwards.

It's going to be a long night for you, isn't it? :jumpy :jumpy :jumpy
They're fine. The chirping and rocking, starting and stopping, is normal. Here, check this out. It's two of my chicks chirping at each other while zipping and resting. So stinkin' cute!:
I read somewhere that the chicks actually DO talk to each other from the egg, and the chirping during and after hatch encourages the other eggs to hatch, too.
