Day 21 and nothing happening !!!!

It is day 21 and using a homemade bator temp has been 99.5-99.99 using the waterwand not air temp.Candled and all I can see is airsac and it looks good and the rest is to dark to see. Any suggestions ??? dont hear any chirps like I did when hatched ducks last go around wonder if the babies have died ????????.

how was the humidity?

humidity was around 50-60 % .

If it were me, I would up the humidity closer to 70. Can you do it without opening the bator? If you have to open it do it fast.
