Day 22 and still nothing. What do I do?

These are actually eggs under a broody hen. So I don’t have much control. I was worried if they were still alive so I went ahead and candled one and it’s internally pipped and doing fine. And yes I’m positive I’ve counted the days correctly.
Leave them alone.

This. If you continue to mess with the eggs, she could abandon the nest, or possibly damage the eggs if she gets irritated and tries to get off the nest or protect it.
She may go nuts anyways..even if ypu don't continue to mess with the eggs...but its best to leave her alone.

That’s the plan. I’ve decided not to do anything else. I’ve barely handled them throughout incubation. I was just nervous about it having been so long with no progress. But I guess it’s gonna take awhile so I’ll wait it out
In a different thread, you mentioned that the hen had gotten off the nest for the night. That is likely why they are behind.

Ok got it. I’ve limited my checking to once a day and I haven’t been touching her besides when I candled that one egg. All I do take a quick peek in the coop and then I leave. Trying my best not to disturb her

Ok good to know. That’s what I was beginning to think. I’m hoping things will start happening soon

Thanks for the advice everyone! I’m super happy to say that a chick hatched today!
