Day 22, no peeps no pips no wiggles, what now?

I did a float test. One sank air cell up, one floated air cell up. Water was warm, eggs were dried and back in the incubator. I didn't wait long enough to really make sure the water settled as I was scared of messing up the egg.

I candled this morning, the egg that "passed" the float test I could have sworn I saw something move, which means there is still a light space in the egg. Not ready to break it open yet I guess...

Oh my that's great! I hope at least on of them or few or maybe all make it! You know I was hatching some Dutch Bantams this last spring and we had a power outage. Well, it was out for eleven hours. Yeah, eleven. They eggs felt like they had been in the refrigerator. So I got worried and decided to candle the eggs and only three were moving. Three. I was so upset because I had eight and they were on day 19. Well the power came back on that evening and on day 21, all eight eggs hatched! All of them. It was a miracle. So don't give up just yet. When I candled only three were moving. But the other five weren't and I thought they were dead. Nope they all hatched. Some chicks don't move in the egg.

At this very moment I had the same problem! As of 8 am no peeps. I candle 2 (out of 7) on day 19 and they looked great.
This Am I saw the temperature dropped to 99.4! I was so alarmed I didn't know what to do. I put on the heat lamp. Tried to reset the incubator...and then after 30 hour it did went up to normal. NOW I am worried about the chicks. Is my first time!
Any ideas?

What have you had your temperature set at during incubation. Is your incubator forced air or still air? If it's a forced air (like the Brinsea in your avatar) then 99.4 should be pretty close to perfect.

Yes, is the mini brinsea. I freaked out this am when I saw Temperature dropped from 37.5 to 32! (sorry, Now I am talking Celsius, I always get confused with F) so, I see now...93.7% T and 80% humidity. H started raising up since lock down (day 19).
Is this normal? Is day 22 again, as of 8 am (is PT 10:51 am).
Thank you by the way! first time incubating, first time join this forum...
