Day 23 has not hatched chick

This egg is on day 23 it won’t let me post a video or I don’t see the option to but it’s beak is opening and shutting is it trying to break through to hatch

Someone told me since it’s in the air sac to poke a small hole in afraid to I have a tiny screw will it live or die
