Day 23, no chicks yet--teacher looking for advice!

It's day 23, and there's no sign of life. I just candled them to see what's going on, and it seems like there's no hope for 3 of the 4. Here are some pictures. Would appreciate any advice! Is it worth leaving all 4 for another day or two? Just the one with the large air cell, which has grown significantly since day 18?

Temperature and humidity have varied quite a bit since lockdown-the incubator has been very hard to control.

Also, I'm not sure that all 4 were developed enough for lockdown, since I could still see 3/4 moving a bit. Does that mean they were too small?

Although being on day 23, it looks like most quit at least a few days ago.

defenitly looks fertile, all of them. but i think they might have qui but they are quite developed maybe read some more into it and if they haven’t did anything in 24-48 hours you might need to assist the hatch.

23 is definitely pretty late so i’m thinking you will need to assist.
