Day 23 No pip or anything, how much longer until I take it out of the bator and give up? What's the longest a chick has hatched succesfully? Thanks

Well give them a few more days, and if they still aren't hatched you should candle them. GOOD LUCK!

My firsst hatch, the first egg didn't pip until day 24! I checked on them on day 23, trying to decide what to do - and one egg peeped! That egg pipped in the morning of day 24, and by evening 6 of the 7 had hatched (the 7th never did).

It's sooooo hard to be patient, but give them some more time!

Oh great you all just gave me some hope! I candled it and all I see is the little air sack and everything is black, I can't see if anything is moving, but I've candled a bunch of eggs and never have seen a chick move in a egg. When you say candle it, and I suppose to notice something? Thanks again
